Everborn is based in Vietnam and primarily serves clients across Vietnam and the broader Asian market. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Vietnam's Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection ("PDPD"), and, where applicable to visitors from other regions, relevant international data protection standards.

By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

3.2 Meta Pixel (Future Use)

We may, in the future, implement the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on our Site to help us understand visitor engagement and measure the effectiveness of our content. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as pages visited and actions taken on the Site, which may be linked to your Meta/Facebook account if you are logged in.

We do not currently run paid advertising on the Site. If we begin using the Meta Pixel or running advertising campaigns, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and, where required by law, seek your consent before activating such tracking.
